Bali Caring Community

Bali Caring Community

Born in January 2010, Bali Caring Community (BCC) is a non-profit, non-religious, non-political, social community engaged in the social and humanitarian field. The spirit that underlies our activities is to do sincere kindness unconditionally, not to discriminate against anything anywhere.

BCC is a grassroots, Balinese owned and run, non-profit, non-religious, non-political organization serving families in need, including to the villages of North West Bali, Pemuteran.
BCC's work includes:
  • Community education
  • Skills training
  • Programs that support the development and wellbeing of rural families and young people, and more
These are the communities whose land and waters we are welcomed into for the week. We are grateful.
"Bali Caring Community (BCC) conduct regular health checks for children. To date, the program has covered young evacuees from the Mount Agung volcanic eruption crisis, elementary students in remote areas, underprivileged children residing orphanages and so on.
The program involves performing a routine check-up for children of their ears, nose, throat, eyes, teeth, mouth and skin. This initiative has been conducted on a twice monthly basis since 15th July 2017." - Children’s Health Check Program balicaringcommunity.org
